区块链技术赋能农产品追溯体系建设研究
Research on the Empowerment of Blockchain Technology in the Construction of Agricultural Product Traceability System
摘要
Abstract
The agricultural product traceability system,as an important means of implementing agricultural product quality and safety risk management,plays a key role in China's agricultural product quality and safety assurance system.Blockchain technology,with its features of decentralization,tamper proof information and strong traceability,provides new technical support and solutions for the upgrading and transformation of traditional agricultural product traceability systems.The basic principles and core features of blockchain technology are systematically sorted out,and the mechanism and application mode of blockchain technology empowering the traditional agricultural product traceability system are analyzed,focusing on exploring its unique advantages and application value in achieving full chain traceability,ensuring information authenticity,improving traceability efficiency and building risk warning mechanisms.At the same time,in response to the current challenges faced in the construction of the blockchain traceability system,such as high implementation costs,insufficient consumer awareness,incomplete information collection standards and difficult supervision,targeted countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed from multiple dimensions,including establishing a reasonable cost sharing mechanism,improving consumer awareness,perfecting the information collection standard system and building a multi-party collaborative supervision model,with the aim to provide theoretical reference for promoting the standardization,normalization,and sustainable development of China's agricultural product blockchain traceability system,and to provide practical guidance for enhancing the digitalization level of the agricultural industry and promoting high-quality agricultural development.关键词
