Abstract

In response to the development needs of the high-quality fresh tomato industry in Beijing,with the goal of meeting the high-quality development of agriculture,a standard system for the whole industrial chain of high-quality fresh tomatoes is systematically constructed.Through systematic analysis of 374 domestic and international standards,critical gaps were identified,including structural imbalances,deficiencies in secondary and tertiary industries standards and delayed system updates.Based on the GB/T 13016-2018 the Principles and Requirement of Standard System Constructing,an innovative framework for the entire industry chain standard system was be established,which included seven subsystems such as basic standards,production standards and processing standards.In the demonstration application of the Beijing Nantaoli Vegetable Planting Professional Cooperative,18 key links and 47 control elements were optimized,forming a comprehensive standard of Technical Specification for the Management of the Whole Industrial Chain of Tomato in Greenhouse.The application effect showed that the system significantly improved production efficiency(both output and output value increasing by 10%),helping more than 70 farmers to increase their income,and promoted cooperatives to obtain green certification.The research results have been promoted in more than 1 000 standardization bases throughout the city,providing a replicable practical model for improving the level of agricultural standardization in Beijing and surrounding areas.
