生物有机肥替代化肥对设施栽培结球甘蓝、花椰菜产量、品质及土壤理化性状的影响
Effects of Bio-Organic Fertilizer Replacing Chemical Fertilizer on Soil Physicochemical Properties,the Yield and Quality of Brassica oleracea var.capitata L.and Brassica oleracea var.botrytis L.in Protected Cultivation

Abstract
To study the effects of replacing chemical fertilizer with bio-organic fertilizer on the yield,nutritional quality and soil environment of protected cultivation of vegetables cabbage and cauliflower,four treatments for cabbage and broccoli in separated plastic greenhouses were set up to carry out application effect experiments,namely,replaceing 50%ternary compound fertilizer of base fertilizer with ordinary organic fertilizer(OM),replacing 50%ternary compound fertilizer of base fertilizer with bio-organic fertilizer(MOM),conventional fertilization(NPK)and base fertilizer without ternary compound fertilizer(CK),and vegetable yield,quality,soil physicochemical properties,enzyme activity and microbial biomass were measured and analyzed.The results showed that compared with CK,the longitudinal diameter and yield per 667 m2 of cabbage treated with MOM increased by 8.3%and 6.8%respectively,and the soil pH value,available phosphorus content,available potassium content,catalase activity,invertase activity and microbial phosphorus biomass increased significantly by 16.3%,38.3%,73.5%,10.9%,12.0%and 73.0%,respectively.Compared with CK,the weight of single cauliflower treated with MOM increased significantly by 7.5%,the yield per 667 m2 increased by 14.46%,the soluble protein content,vitamin C content and total organic acid content increased by 20.0%,17.3%and 20.2%,respectively,and the soil pH value,catalase activity,urease activity,acid phosphatase activity and microbial nitrogen biomass increased significantly by 5.7%,5.8%,9.1%,16.1%and 22.5%,respectively.The correlation analysis and principal component analysis indicated that bio-organic fertilizer replacing of 50%ternary compound fertilizer of base fertilizer might enhance the yield and nutritional quality of the vegetables by adjusting soil pH value and improving microbial activity in vegetable rhizosphere and the availability of phosphorus and potassium in soil.In general,bio-organic fertilizer replacing of chemical fertilizer might have certain application prospects in protected cultivation of green organic vegetables and soil improvement.关键词
