基于主成分分析的设施栽培豇豆品种种质资源评价
Evaluation of Germplasm Resources of Vigna unguiculata in Protected Cultivation Based on Principal Component Analysis

Abstract
In order to screen out high-yield,disease-resistant and high-quality Yard-long bean varieties suitable for protected cultivation,14 newly bred Yard-long bean varieties were evaluated with the'Yifeng Youmei'as control,and their growth period,agronomic traits,disease resistance and yield performance were investigated.At the same time,the variation coefficient of agronomic traits of each variety was calculated,and the correlation and principal component analysis were carried out.The results showed that LX-14 showed outstanding comprehensive traits.The yield of LX-14 was 2 903.61 kg per 667 m2,which was 4.70%higher than that of CK.Moreover,it had the characteristics of strong disease resistance(moderate resistance to rust and resistance to Cercospora leaf mold)and early maturity(growth period 40 d),so they were suitable varieties for popularization in spring greenhouse in Guangxi.In addition,the correlation analysis showed that the pod length was positively correlated with the single pod weight,and the pod thickness was negatively correlated with the yield,with the disease index of rust and Cercospora leaf mold negatively correlated with the yield.The cumulative contribution rate of seven principal components extracted by principal component analysis reached 87.216%,covering key factors such as yield,disease resistance and plant growth,and principal component analysis further verified the comprehensive traits advantages of LX-14.This study provides a scientific basis for breeding and green production of protected Yard-long bean varieties.关键词
