文蛤和斧文蛤的形态差异及判别分析
Morphological variations and discriminant analysis between the hard clams Meretrix meretrix and Meretrix lamarckii

Abstract
In order to quickly and accurately identify Meretrix meretrix and M.lamarckii,three statistical analysis methods,including t-test,principal component analysis(PCA)and discriminant analysis,were used to compare their morphological differences in shell traits.The results showed significant correlations between shell length,shell height,shell width and ligament length in the two species(P<0.01).Additionally,significant differences were found in the three standardized traits(shell height/shell length,shell width/shell length,and ligament length/shell length)between M.meretrix and M.lamarckii(P<0.01).PCA was used to construct two principal components,of which the contribu-tion rate of the first principal component(PC1)was 56.44％,and the second principal component(PC2)was 32.55％.The discriminant functions for the two species were derived using the stepwise discrimination method.The discriminant accuracy for P1 ranged from 93.13％to 96.24％,for P2 it ranged from 93.43％to 96.06％,and the overall discrimina-tion accuracy was 94.70％.关键词
