鲟鱼腹腔切开术及术后恢复技术初探
Preliminary study on peritoneotomy and postoperative recovery techniques of Acipenseriformes
摘要
Abstract
Gastric foreign bodies and coelomic organ lesions are pressing disease challenges in sturgeon Acipense-riformes aquaculture. This study investigated coelomic incision and esophageal incision surgical techniques in hybrid sturgeon(Acipenser baerii ♂×A.schrenckii♀),aiming to establish safe and effective surgical protocols and postoperative recovery strategies.Through visual monitoring and histopathological analysis, the study assessed tissue regeneration and coelomic organ adhesion under different suturing methods. Two surgical experiments were conducted,in which coelomic incisions were closed using continuous suturing reinforced with medical tissue adhe-sive.Wound healing progression was documented at 7,14,21,28,and 35 days post-surgery through visual in-spection and photography. The results of this study indicate that the coelomic incision in hybrid sturgeons com-pletely healed by 35 days post-surgery,allowing normal survival. The use of continuous suturing combined with medical adhesive was more conducive to postoperative wound recovery in Acipenseriformes, effectively reducing the risk of postoperative infection. In conclusion, this study completed a preliminary exploration of the technical process for removing gastric foreign bodies in Acipenseriformes, verifying the clinical feasibility of surgical inter-ventions in this species. However, the causes and solutions for postoperative coelomic adhesion complications require further research.关键词
