Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of proximal femoral nail antirotation(PFNA)internal fixation in the treatment of patients with unstable intertrochanteric femoral fractures.Methods:The data of 85 patients with unstable intertrochanteric femoral fractures admitted to Sichuan Bayi Rehabilitation Center from January 2022 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into a control group(n=42)and a study group(n=43)according to the different surgical methods.The study group was treated with PFNA internal fixation,while the control group was treated with proximal femoral anatomical locking plate(PFLP)internal fixation.The perioperative indicators,hip joint function,stress indicators and the occurrence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results:The incision length of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the amount of bleeding was less than that of the control group,and the operation time,the time to start weight-bearing after operation and the fracture healing time were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Six months after surgery,the Harris Hip Function Scale score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 24 hours after surgery,the levels of angiotensin Ⅱ,superoxide dismutase and norepinephrine in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of the postoperative complications in the study group was 4.65%,which was lower than 19.05%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with unstable intertrochanteric femoral fractures,the use of PFNA internal fixation for treatment can reduce surgical trauma,shorten the operation time,promote fracture healing,improve the hip joint function of patients,reduce the body's stress levels,and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.关键词
