摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of the conventional anterior approach combined with the posterior medial approach of knee arthroscopy on patients with posterior cruciate ligament injury. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 81 patients with posterior cruciate ligament injury admitted to Linyi Central Hospital from May 2021 to May 2024.They were divided into a control group(n=40)and a study group(n=41)according to different approach regimen. All patients completed the 6-month follow-up after the operation before May 2024.The control group adopted the conventional anterior approach of knee arthroscopy, while the study group adopted the conventional anterior approach combined with the posterior medial approach of knee arthroscopy. The knee joint function, knee joint range of motion and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:At 3 and 6 months after the operation, the scores of Lysholm Knee Joints and the International Knee Documentation Committee Knee Assessment Form(IKDC)in both groups were higher than those before the operation, and the study group were higher than the control group;at 6 months after the operation, the scores of Lysholm knee joints and IKDC in both groups were higher than those at 3 months after the operation, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 and 6 months after the operation, the range of motion of the knee joints in both groups were greater than those of before the operation, and the study group was greater than the control group;at 6 months after the operation, the range of motion of the knee joints in both groups were greater than those at 3 months after the operation, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of complications in the two groups were 10.00%and 7.32%respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The conventional anterior approach of knee arthroscopy combined with the posterior medial approach has significant advantages in the treatment of posterior cruciate ligament injury. It can improve the knee joint function of patients, increase the range of motion of the knee joint, and reduce the risk of complications.Compared with the traditional anterior approach,it has higher clinical value application.关键词
