Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of surgical treatment or manual reduction treatment for patients with distal radius fractures. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 81 patients with distal radius fractures admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Jining City from June 2021 to July 2024.They were divided into a control group(n=40)and a study group(n=41)according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with manual reduction, while the study group was treated with surgery. The fracture recovery conditions, palmar inclination angles, wrist joint functions and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The excellent and good rate of fracture recovery in the study group was 97.56%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One month after the treatment, the palmar inclination angle of the study group was greater than that of the control group, and the scores of each dimension and the all dimension of the Cooney wrist joint score were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was 2.44%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with manual reduction, surgical treatment can effectively reduce the incidence of complications in patients with distal radius fractures, improve the recovery effect of fractures, and improve the palmar inclination angle and wrist joint function. It has certain clinical application value.关键词
