摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influencing factors of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis of emergency patients with multiple trauma. Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 152 emergency patients with multiple trauma admitted to Xuecheng District People's Hospital of Zaozhuang City from January 2022 to July 2024.The patients were divided into a occurrence group(n=36)and a non-occurrence group(n=116)based on whether low extremity deep vein thrombosis occurred. The basic data such as gender, age, body mass index(BMI),cause of trauma, location of trauma, smoking history, history of lower extremity surgery, combined diabetes, lower extremity rehabilitation activities, postoperative bed rest time, and Injury Severity Score(ISS)were collected and analyzed. With whether lower extremity deep vein thrombosis of the occurred as the dependent variable,Logistic regression analysis was performed on the variables with statistically significant differences in univariate analysis to explore the influencing factors of lower extremirty deep vein thrombosis. Results:Among 152 emergency patients with multiple trauma,36 cases had deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities, and 116 cases did not have deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities, the incidence of lower extremirty deep vein thrombosis was 23.68%.Univariate analysis showed that there were no statistically significant differences in gender,BMI,cause of trauma, type of trauma, smoking history, and history of lower extremity surgery between the two groups(P>0.05);there were statistically significant differences in age, combined diabetes, lower extremity rehabilitation activities, postoperative bed rest time, and ISS score(P<0.05).The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that age≥60 years old, combined diabetes,no lower extremity rehabilitation activities, postoperative bed rest time≥7 days, and ISS score≥25 were independent risk factors for the occurrence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in emergency patients with multiple trauma(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age≥60 years old, combined diabetes,no lower extremity rehabilitation activities, postoperative bed rest time≥7 days, and ISS score≥25 points are high-risk factors for the occurrence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in emergency patients with multiple trauma.Clinically, attention should be paid to the relevant examination results of patients meeting the above factors and timely treatment should be carried out.关键词
