肿瘤标志物CA125和CEA及CCR在上皮性卵巢癌诊断中的应用价值
Application Value of Tumor Markers CA125,CEA and CCR in the Diagnosis of Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of tumor markers such as carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),and the ratio of CA125 to CEA(CCR)in the diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC).Methods:A total of 200 patients with EOC admitted to Women's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2018 to December 2023 and included them as the case group.The data of 80 patients with benign ovarian tumors and 80 healthy individuals undergoing physical examinations admitted to this hospital during the same period were selected and included as the benign group and the control group respectively.The differences of CA125,CEA and CCR among the three groups,draw the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve,and analyze the value of CA125,CEA and CCR in the diagnosis of EOC were compared.According to the different diagnoses of EOC types,the case groups were divided into a mucinous carcinoma group(n=16),an endometrioid carcinoma group(n=22),a clear cell carcinoma group(n=53),a high-grade serous carcinoma(HGSC)group(n=88),and a low-grade serous carcinoma(LGSC)group(n=21),the differences of CA125,CEA and CCR among the five groups were compared.Results:The levels of CA125,CEA and CCR in the case group were all higher than those in the benign group and the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The area under the curve,sensitivity and specificity of CCR in diagnosing EOC are all higher than those of CA125 and CEA tests.All three tests have certain diagnostic value.The levels of CA125 and CEA in the endometrioid carcinoma group were both higher than those in the mucinous carcinoma group,the clear cell carcinoma group,the HGSC group,and the LGSC group.The CCR in the HGSC group was also higher than that in the mucinous carcinoma group,the endometrioid carcinoma group,the clear cell carcinoma group,and the LGSC group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CA125,CEA and CCR are all effective indicators for diagnosing EOC,among which CCR has the highest diagnostic value.The diagnostic value of CA125 and CEA in endometrioid carcinoma and the diagnostic value of CCR in HGSC are relatively high.When diagnosing EOC types clinically,the above indicators should be paid attention.关键词
