Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effects of Tongtian Oral Liquid combined with Butylphthalide on the neurological function and hemorheology of patients in the recovery period of ischemic stroke(IS).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 64 patients in the recovery period of IS admitted to Fengcheng People's Hospital from November 2023 to November 2024.They were divided into a control group and a study group according to different treatment methods,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Butylphthalide,while the study group was treated with Tongtian Oral Liquid in combination on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The neurological functions,hemorheological indicators,inflammatory indicators and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the score of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the plasma viscosity,high shear viscosity of whole blood and low shear viscosity of whole blood in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-1β and tumor necrosis factor-α in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 15.63%in the control group and 21.88%in the study group,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tongtian Oral Liquid combined with Butylphthalide can significantly reduce the degree of neurological function impairment of patients in the recovery period of IS,improve hemorheology and inflammatory indicators,and has good safety.关键词
