Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of warm acupuncture in patients with joint stiffness after tibial plateau fracture surgery.Methods:A total of 84 patients with joint stiffness after tibial plateau fracture surgery admitted to Liaoyang Central Hospital Recovery Hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the study subjects and were divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group received conventional joint rehabilitation training,while the study group treated with warm acupuncture on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated 4 weeks.The clinical efficacy,pain degree,joint range of motion,knee joint function and daily living ability of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.24%,which was higher than 80.95%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Pain Visual Analogue Scale score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the active and passive joint ranges of motion in the study group were greater than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the deduction item score of the Hospital for Special Surgery knee score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,while the scores of other items and the total score were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Modified Barthel Index score of the study group was both higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture has a definite effect on the treatment of joint stiffness after tibial plateau fracture surgery.It can reduce the pain degree of patients,improve their joint range of motion,promote the recovery of knee joint function of patients,and improve their ability of daily living.关键词
