Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Diosming combined with Imrecoxib in the treatment of postoperative patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur.Methods:A total of 100 postoperative patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur admitted to Sishui County People's Hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Imrecoxib,while the study group was treated with Diosming combined with Imrecoxib.The pain level,degree of swelling,inflammatory factor and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3,7 and 14 days of treatment,the Pain Visual Analogue Scale scores of the study group were(3.54±0.72)points,(2.12±0.54)points and(1.26±0.32)points,respectively,which were lower than(4.32±0.85)points,(3.25±0.70)points and(1.78±0.45)points in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3,7 and 14 days of treatment,the difference of lower extremity circumference in the study group were(13.15±2.94)mm,(12.85±2.82)mm and(11.68±2.26)mm,respectively,which were higher shorter than(26.18±3.56)mm,(26.04±3.19)mm and(13.24±2.85)mm in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the levels of interleukin-6 and tumor necrosis factor-α in the study group were(82.55±24.49)ng/L and(335.24±42.65)ng/L,which were lower than(115.43±30.76)ng/L and(376.82±54.48)ng/L in the control group,the levels of interleukin-10 in the study group was(49.62±6.23)ng/L,which was higher than(42.57±5.39)ng/L in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the control group and study group were 10.00%and 14.00%,respectively,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Diosming and Imrecoxib in postoperative patients with intertrochanteric fractures of the femur can reduce pain,which can improve lower limb circumference,alleviate inflammatory reactions,and have fewer adverse reactions.关键词
