摘要
Abstract
Objective:To exploring the value of using fluid resin and glass ionomer combined with composite resin filling in the treatment of moderate wedge-shaped defects in adults patients. Methods:A total of 60 adults case with moderate wedge-shaped defects admitted to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Tianjin Binhai New Area from April 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into a study group and a control group using the random coin toss method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received glass ionomer combined with composite resin filling, while the study group received fluid resin combined with composite resin filling. The tooth sensitivity, filling success rate, and restoration effect of the two groups were compared after restoration. Results:After 12 months of restoration, the tooth sensitivity of the study group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 12 months of restoration, the filling success rate of the study group was 96.07%which was higher than 80.00%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of color, completeness, gingival response, fit, secondary caries and morphology in the US Public Health Service Criteria standard score of the study group were all lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both fluid resin and glass ionomer pad materials can achieve satisfactory repair results in adult patients with moderate wedge-shaped defects, and the success rate of filling can improve edge fit and overall repair effect,it can be the preferred choice for filling.关键词
