Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of multi-dimensional support combined with diversified pain interventions under the guidance of the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept on the pain degree and joint function in postoperative patients with calcaneal fractures.Methods:A total of 90 postoperative patients with calcaneal fractures admitted to Yantai Laiyang Central Hospital from August 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects.and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care,while the observation group was given multi-dimensional support combined with diversified pain intervention care under the guidance of the ERAS concept.The pain degree,psychological state,wand swelling degree,ankle joint function,exercise compliance and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:six monthsafter the nursing,the scores of Pain Visual Analogue Scale,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale,Self-Rating Depression Scale in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).sixe onths after nursing,the swelling degree scores of both groups were lower than those before nursing,and the observation group were lower than the control group,the American Foot and Ankle Academy Ankle-hindfoot function scores and exercise compliance of both groups were higher than those before nursing,and the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.44%,which was lower than 17.78%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of multi-dimensional support and diversified pain intervention nursing under the guidance of the ERAS concept can alleviate patients'pain,improve negative emotions,enhance exercise compliance,reduce the degree of swelling at the affected area,improve ankle joint function,and reduce the occurrence of complications.关键词
