摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analysis the effect of the goal-oriented staged rehabilitation care on functional recovery in patients with finger flexor tendon injuries. Methods:A total of 94 patients with finger flexor tendon injuries admitted to Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. The control group underwent routine rehabilitation exercises, and the observation group underwent goal-oriented staged rehabilitation care. Both groups were cared continued for 3 months. The muscle strength level, improvement in range of motion on the affected side, upper limb function and living ability were compared between the two groups. Results:The proportion of muscle strength reaching grade 4~5 in the observation group was 91.49%,which was higher than 74.47%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of improvement in the range of motion of the affected side in the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 85.11%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after surgery, the scores of Upper Extremity Function Test and Activities of Daily Living Scale in both groups were higher than those in 2 weeks after surgery, and the observation group were higher than the control group, the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The goal-oriented staged rehabilitation care can improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients with finger flexor tendon injury, enhance muscle strength level, improve the overall function and mobility of the hand, and improve the patient's ability to live.关键词
