摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate anxiety and depression levels among parents of neonates with infantile hemangiomas(IH)and identify associated influencing factors, thereby providing a basis for targeted clinical psychological interventions. Methods:This cross-sectional study enrolled 103 parents of children diagnosed with IH at Jianyang People's Hospital be-tween January 2020 and October 2024.Validated psychological questionnaires were administered to participants.Data collec-tion included sociodemographic questionnaires,Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA),the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CES-D),and the Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS).The scores of parental anxiety and depression were statistically evaluated.Univariate analysis and lo-gistic regression analysis were utilized to identify factors associated with parental anxiety and depression. Results:Parents of IH children demonstrated a total HAMA score of 10.62±5.87,with 28(27.18%)meeting anxiety criteria;a total CES-D score of 13.41±7.75,with 33(32.04%)exhibiting depression;and a total SSRS score of 41.33±11.05.Anxiety and de-pression of parents of IH children were negatively correlated with total social support, subjective support and support utiliza-tion(anxiety:r=-0.354,r=-0.278,r=-0.305;depression:r=-0.306,r=-0.222,r=-0.357;all P<0.05).Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses showed that the cognitive status of parents of children with IH was a significant factor affecting anxiety[OR(95%CI):3.674(1.138~11.864)].Additionally,the cognitive status of parents of children with IH[OR(95%CI):9.215(2.515~33.763)],perception of IH treatment efficacy[OR(95%CI):0.252(0.064~0.995)],and utilization of social support[OR(95%CI):0.760(0.582~0.994)]were identified as influencing factors for depression. Conclusion:Parents of newborns with IH have a higher prevalence of anxiety and depression.Furthermore, parents'understanding of the disease is a factor influencing both anxiety and depression, while their perception of treatment methods and utilization of social support are factors specifically associated with depression. Therefore, targeted health educa-tion strategies should be developed for affected families to mitigate psychological impacts on both children and their parents.关键词
