摘要
Abstract
The incidence and progression of breast cancer are closely associated with BRCA1/2 mutations.Comprehensive genetic testing and effective interventions for high-risk populations play a critical role in prevention,early diagnosis,and treatment of breast cancer.As BRCA1/2 genetic testing advances in clinical practice,its psychological and behavioral im-pacts on individuals undergoing testing have gained significant attention.This study aims to synthesize existing literature on the psychological and behavioral impacts of BRCA1/2 genetic testing in high-risk and affected populations,with a focus on associated factors.The findings will inform the development of effective clinical guidelines and tailored interventions to miti-gate adverse outcomes,thereby maximizing the benefits of genetic testing for individuals.关键词
