Xie Ping's experience in the treatment of lymphocele after gynecological malignant tumor surgery based on"Mutual Junction of Blood and Water"
摘要
Abstract
Pelvic lymphocyst is a common complication after lymph node dissection in gynecological malignant tumors.Its clinical manifestations include masses,pain,infection,etc.,which seriously affect the quality of life of patients and even delay cancer-related treatments.Professor Xie Ping holds that qi deficiency and blood stasis are the fundamental pathogenesis of gynecological malignant tumors;the intermingling and mutual junction of blood and water are the key pathological factors for the occurrence of lymphocysts after surgery;the disease nature is characterized by deficiency in the root and excess in the manifestations.In treatment,simultaneous treatment of blood and water,coordinated regulation of internal organs,and combined internal and external treatments are emphasized.Clinically,modified Danggui Shaoyao San for oral administration,combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine and enema,often has a great clinical effect.关键词
