论中医清浊观对临床的启示
On the clinical implications of view of clearness and turbidity in traditional Chinese medicine
摘要
Abstract
Through combing and analyzing the ancient literature on"essence and turbidity",Prof.Liang Yonglin pointed out the meanings of"normalization"and"alienation"and the corresponding physiological and pathological mechanisms in the human body,on the basis of clarifying the classification of"essence and turbidity".On the basis of clarifying the classification of"essence"and"turbidity",Prof.Liang Yonglin pointed out the meanings of"normalization view"and"alienation view"as well as the corresponding physiological and pathological mechanisms in the human body.The source and maintenance of life are closely related to"essence",which is divided into innate essence and acquired essence;the correct transformation of the essence produces clarity,while the dissimulation produces turbidity,and turbidity is the change of essence;the turbidity of alienation is further categorized according to the etiology and pathogenesis,and is abstracted from many ancient documents as"sugar turbidity,phlegm turbidity,phlegm turbidity,sugar turbidity,phlegm turbidity,phlegm turbidity,phlegm turbidity".The concepts of"sugar turbidity,phlegm turbidity,fat turbidity,turbid poison,dampness and turbidity"abstracted in many ancient literature were combined with modern clinical practice to concretize and put forward a new concept of"innate turbidity",which provides new ideas and methods for exploring the prevention and treatment of modern diseases.关键词
