叶天士"阳化内风"理论在脑病急症中的应用
The application of Ye Tianshi's theory of"Liver Yang being Transformed Internal Wind"in the emergencies of brain diseases

Abstract
Ye Tianshi inherited Zhang Zhongjing's theory and first proposed the theory of"liver yang being transformed internal wind"in the clinical guidelines for medical cases,and the pathogenesis characteristics were used in the diagnosis and treatment of various brain disease emergencies such as stroke,liver wind,dizziness,headache,convulsion,faint,epilepsy,etc.Ye believes that the cause of upper(brain)disease is lower deficiency,so the disease location of"liver yang being transformed internal wind"is mainly in the liver.Therefore,he emphasizes the importance of treating brain disease emergencies from the aspects of liver,kidney,liver and stomach.Research suggests that there is a high degree of similarity in the distribution of various emergency syndrome elements of brain diseases.Ye's profound understanding of disease location,pathogenesis,and treatment can provide important guidance for the clinical,teaching,and scientific research of modern brain disease emergencies.关键词
