Abstract
IgG4-related diseases are rare and lack specific manifestations,and are prone to misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis when combined with other kidney diseases.In this case reports,we report a 76-year-old male patient with IgG4-related diseases for many years,who was diagnosed with minor glomerular lesions by renal biopsy after new kidney injury,and was treated with glucocorticoids combined with cyclophosphamide,and the patient's renal function improved after adjuvant traditional Chinese medicine and external therapy.At the same time,the progress of diagnosis and treatment of the two types of diseases is discussed and reviewed in combination with the literature,and it is revealed that clinical diseases that cannot be diagnosed by routine examination or comorbid diseases need to be diagnosed through pathology,and strive for early diagnosis and early treatment.关键词
