改良伤科黄酒联合杉树皮小夹板固定护理在老年Colles型骨折中的临床应用价值研究
Study on the clinical value of Traumatology Huangjiu combined with cedar bark small splint immobilization care in Colles-type fracture in the elderly

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical application value of modified Traumatology Huangjiu combined with cedar bark splint fixation in elderly patients with Colles'fracture.Methods From June 2022 to June 2024,Colles'fracture patients were recruited and randomly assigned into a control group(treated with physiological saline combined with cedar bark splint)and an experimental group(treated with modified Traumatology Huangjiu combined with cedar bark splint)based on a random number table.The Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score,swelling score,Gartland-Werley score,and wrist imaging examination were used to assess wrist pain,swelling,wrist function,and recovery in the two groups.Results A total of 93 patients were included in the study,with no significant differences in gender,age,or disease course between the two groups.The experimental group showed lower VAS scores and swelling scores on the 3rd day,1st week,and 2nd week after treatment compared to the control group.After 3 weeks of treatment,the wrist function score and imaging parameters such as volar tilt,ulnar deviation angle,and radial height were better in the experimental group than in the control group.Conclusion Modified Traumatology Huangjiu combined with cedar bark splint fixation significantly improves swelling and pain in elderly patients with Colles'fracture and promotes fracture healing.This approach has promising clinical application prospects.关键词
