Abstract
Objective This study integrates systems biology with the Box-Behnken response surface methodology to optimize the extraction process of Liuwei Dihuang Decoction(LWD)and explore its multi-component synergistic mechanisms,providing a scientific basis for the treatment of hyperthyroidism.Methods Principles,morroniside,paeonol,and loganin were identified as the primary evaluation indicators.The Box-Behnken response surface methodology was employed,with water volume,extraction time,and extraction frequency as variables,combined with the AHP-entropy weight method to optimize the extraction process.Results The optimal extraction parameters were determined to be:8 times the water volume,1.5 hours per extraction,and three extractions in total.The study showed that the main components affect core targets such as ALB,IL6,TNF,INS,and IL1B,thereby exerting therapeutic effects on hyperthyroidism.Conclusion This study successfully optimized the extraction process of LWD,ensuring its stability and feasibility.It provides an experimental foundation and quality improvement reference for further research and clinical application,promoting the use and development of traditional Chinese herbal formulas in modern medicine.关键词
