果园环形喷雾机流量与喷头角度对雾滴沉积影响的研究

Abstract
The distribution characteristics of fog droplets is one of the key factors determining the effect of spraying pesticides in orchards.In order to study the distribution characteristics of fog droplets under different working conditions,the tractor-mounted suspended circular sprayer jointly developed by the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Hunan Agricultural University and Hunan Nongyou Machinery Group Co.,Ltd.was taken as the research object,and a multi-factor experiment was designed to analyze the influence mechanism of the spraying angle,spraying flow rate and target distance on the distribution characteristics of fog droplets.The research results showed that:the combined influence of different flow rates and spraying angles on the spray flow field in the orchard led to the change of the spraying effect.When the spray head angle of the fog machine was selected as 60°,the flow rate was between 10~15 L/min,and the working distance was between 0.75~1.25 m,a better working effect could be achieved.The coefficient of variation of the effect of the attached fog droplets within the range of the set conditions was 18.22%,which met the operation requirements and provided a theoretical basis for the optimization of the machinery.关键词
