基于YOLO-v3的水轮发电机转子外圆结构件智能监测OA
Intelligent monitoring method for rotor outer circle structural parts of hydro-generator based on YOLO-v3
水轮发电机转动部件转速高、工况变化频繁,常因螺栓松动脱落、引出线异常变形等故障造成生产事故.目前发电厂主要通过人工巡检的方式对发电机内部的重要零部件进行检查维护,首先该方式需要停机后才能开展,其次对于巡检过程中预发故障的判断及数据测量精度因人而异,本文采用图像识别技术实现对转子外圆结构件的自动检测和判断,替代常规的人工运维工作,该系统利用非接触检测的方式,识别和检测过程中无需停机,并且避免了人为因素导致的数据误差,具有极高的测量数据一致性、测量精度、效率和可靠性.
The rotating parts of hydro-generator feature high speed and frequent changes in working conditions,so production accidents often occur as a result of loose bolts,abnormal deformation of outgoing lines,etc.At present,the personnel of power plants inspect and maintain important parts inside the generators mainly through manual patrol inspections.However,manual patrol inspections shall be carried out after shutdown,and the accuracy of pre-failure judgment and data measurement during patrol inspections vary from person to person.This paper uses an image recognition system for automatic detection and judgment of rotor outer circle structural parts,thus replacing conventional manual operation and maintenance.The system uses non-contact detection methods to eliminate the shutdown for identification and detection and avoids data errors caused by human factors.It can achieve extremely high measurement data consistency,measurement accuracy,efficiency,and reliability.
