Abstract
The purpose of single-tube double-unit load shedding test for a pumped storage power station is to check the dynamic regulation performance of speed governing systems and the guide vane closing law during the simultaneous load shedding of two units on the same flow channel.The spiral case water pressure rise rate,the unit speed rise rate,and the minimum draft tube inlet pressure of two units on the same flow channel are measured to confirm whether various parameters meet relevant provisions of standards,specifications,and technical agreement for units.This paper introduces the relevant test methods,analyzes the results of the simultaneous 100%load shedding of units 1 and 2 of a pumped storage power station,and compares them with the regulating guarantee calculation results.The comparison results show that the performance of the units'load shedding transition process meets the contract indicators,and that the regulating guarantee calculation methods and parameters used are correct.The commissioning parameters and response characteristics of the single-tube double-unit load shedding test for the power station provide a design verification reference for new pumped storage projects.关键词
