板栗2-ODD基因家族的鉴定及其在干旱胁迫下的表达分析
Identification of Chinese Chestnut 2-ODD Gene Family and Their Expression Analysis under Drought Stress

Abstract
The 2-ODD gene family is the second largest enzyme family in the plant and has an important role in regulating plant response to stresses.Using bioinformatics methods,we identified 123 Cm2-ODD genes from the chestnut genome,their chromosomal location,protein physicochemical properties,conserved motifs,gene structure,collinear genes and cis-acting elements,and the expression under drought stress were ana-lyzed.The results found that all the Cm2-ODD family proteins contained the conserved 2OG-Fe Ⅱ_Oxy and DIOX_N domains,and were hydrophilic proteins.Most members of Cm2-ODD gene family had conserved mo-tifs of Motif 1 to Motif 9,and only a part members had Motif 10,indicating that the function of Cm2-ODD pro-teins might be relatively conserved.Collinearity analysis found that the Cm2-ODD family genes within the chestnut genome might be under purifying selection,and a massive replication of the 2-ODD gene family might occur after the differentiation of monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous plants.Codon preference analysis showed that Cm2-ODD family genes preferred to end with A or U.The result of cis-acting element analysis showed that Cm2-ODD family genes contained more abscisic acid and drought response elements,speculating that its function might be associated with drought stress.Meanwhile,transcriptome analysis proved that the ex-pression levels of 13 members of the Cm2-ODD gene family were significantly affected by drought stress,a-mong which,the expression of Cm2-ODD19 and Cm2-ODD16 genes was up-regulated.关键词
