减氮配施有机肥对苗期谷子生长发育和生理特性的影响
Effects of Nitrogen Reduction Combined with Organic Fertilizer on Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Foxtail Millet at Seedling Stage

Abstract
The experiment adopted a two-factor randomized block design with nitrogen fertilizer and or-ganic fertilizer as the factors.A total of 10 treatments were set with inorganic nitrogen fertilizer as no nitrogen application(0),conventional nitrogen application(150 kg/hm2 of pure nitrogen,CK),15%nitrogen reduc-tion(127.5 kg/hm2)and 30%nitrogen reduction(105 kg/hm2),and two levels of organic fertilizer at 1 500 kg/hm2and 3 000 kg/hm2.The effects of different nitrogen reduction combined with organic fertilizer applica-tion treatments on the growth,development and physiological characteristics of foxtail millet at seedling stage were studied.The results showed that compared with no nitrogen application treatment,each fertilizer treat-ment improved dry matter accumulation,root length,root surface area as well as root volume and activities of leaf nitrogen metabolism enzymes and antioxidant enzymes at seedling stage to varying degrees,among which,15%nitrogen reduction combined with 3 000 kg/hm2 organic fertilizer treatment had the most significant effects.Compared with CK,the dry matter accumulation and root development of foxtail millet in treatment of 1 500 kg/hm2 organic fertilizer under normal nitrogen fertilization were significantly improved,and the activi-ties of antioxidant enzymes and nitrogen metabolic enzymes at seedling stage were also improved to a certain extent;many indexes at seedling stage of 15%and 30%nitrogen reduction treatments were decreased to var-ying degrees,but the growth and development of foxtail millet at seedling stage were improved by different de-grees under the condition of 15%nitrogen reduction combined with different amounts of organic fertilizer,and the best effect occurred when combined with 3 000 kg/hm2 orgnic fertilizer.Under the condition of 30%nitro-gen reduction,there was no significant difference between the treatments combined with different amounts of organic fertilizer and the treatment of only 3 000 kg/hm2 of organic fertilizer.To sum up,under the conditions of this experiment,the treatment of 3 000 kg/hm2 of organic fertilizer combination with 15%nitrogen reduction based on conventional nitrogen application was the optimal fertilization treatment.关键词
