外源硒对砷胁迫下小白菜硒砷积累和转运的影响
Effects of Exogenous Selenium on Accumulation and Transport of Selenium and Arsenic in Pakchoi under Arsenic Stress

Abstract
To investigate the effects of exogenous selenium(Se)on accumulation and transport of Se and arsenic(As)in pakchoi under As stress,and find the optimal Se application technique for Se enrichment and As reduction,a pot experiment was conducted.Different soil-applied Se levels(0~2.0 mg/kg),different Se valence states[Se(Ⅳ)and Se(Ⅵ)],and foliar-applied Se(2.0 and 8.0 mg/L)were set under mild As stress(100 mg/kg),and their impacts on Se and As accumulation and transport in the shoots and roots of pa-kchoi were studied.The results showed that soil application of 0.5~2.0 mg/kg Se(Ⅳ)and Se(Ⅵ)and foliar application of 2.0 and 8.0 mg/L Se(Ⅳ)significantly increased the total Se content in different parts of pak-choi plants.Pakchoi exhibited much higher accumulation and transport capacities for Se(Ⅵ)than Se(Ⅳ).Soil application of 0.25,1.0 and 2.0 mg/kg Se(Ⅳ),as well as 2.0 mg/kg Se(Ⅵ),significantly inhibited As transport from roots to shoots,thereby markedly reduced As accumulation in shoots.However,soil application of 0.5 mg/kg Se(Ⅳ)and 0.5 mg/kg Se(Ⅵ)had no significant effect on As accumulation or transport.Foliar application of 2.0 and 8.0 mg/L Se(Ⅳ)significantly suppressed As transport to shoots,resulting in the in-crease of As accumulation in roots but no significant impact on shoot As level.In conclusion,the effects of ex-ogenous Se on As accumulation and transport in pakchoi under As stress varied with Se application rates and methods,and were consistent across Se valence states at the same Se application level.Soil application of Se(Ⅳ)and Se(Ⅵ)effectively reduced the As content in edible part of pakchoi.For producing Se-enriched pak-choi under mild As stress,applying 1.0 mg/kg Se(Ⅳ)into soil was recommended,which could achieve both As reduction and safe Se enrichment.关键词
