Abstract

Sixty-one soybean germplasms collected in the"Third National Crop Germplasm Resources Survey and Collection Action"were selected,and their growth period,main agronomic traits and yield traits were identified and evaluated.The results showed that there were rich genetic diversities of the 61 soybean germplasms.The variation coefficients of yield related traits such as number of pods per plant,yield per plant,100-grain fresh weight and 100-grain dry weight ranged from 12.18%to 27.25%.The correlation analysis showed that plant height was significantly positively correlated with the number of effective branches,internodes and pods(P<0.01).The principal component analysis divided 26 agronomic traits into 5 principal components,making 71.90%cumulative contribution to the total variance.Cluster analysis divided the 61 soybean germplasms into 6 groups.Group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ showed larger pods and grains,and the 100-grain weight of fresh and dry seeds was the largest.The 100-grain weight in group Ⅲ was the smallest.Group Ⅳ and group Ⅴwere mainly characterized by larger pods and grains,and higher yield.Group Ⅵ had the highest number of pods per plant and the highest yield per plant,but with a lower 100-grain weight.This study could provide a germplasm foundation for soybean germplasm innovation and variety breeding.
