摘要

Abstract

Using Stropharia rugosoannulata strain 'Huqiu 1' as the experimental material,this study investigated the effects of different carbon-to-nitrogen(C/N)ratios on mycelial growth,carbon-nitrogen metabolism-related enzyme activities,and yield during fruiting body development.The results demonstrated that the control group exhibited the highest glutamate synthase(GOGAT)activity and the lowest asparagine synthetase(AS)activity during both mycelial vegetative growth and fruiting body development stages,accompanied by lower yield.In the C/N 50∶1 and 60∶1 groups,β-glucosidase activity showed no significant variation;however,the C/N 60∶1 group displayed significantly higher glutamine synthetase(GS)and AS activities during the primordium formation stage compared to other C/N ratios,along with the highest fruiting body yield.The C/N 88∶1 group exhibited lower activities of GOGAT,GS,and nitrate reductase(NR).Notably,during the primordium stage,carbon metabolism-related enzymes(β-glucosidase and endo-β-1,4-glucanase)and nitrogen metabolism-related enzyme(GS)demonstrated elevated activities.In summary,the C/N 60∶1 group exhibited the highest overall activities of carbon-nitrogen metabolism-related enzymes,the earliest primordium emergence,and the maximum fruiting body yield.Therefore,the C/N ratio of 60∶1 is identified as the optimal formulation for the industrial cultivation of S.rugosoannulata.
