低温弱光对南瓜砧木苗期生长发育的影响
Effects of low temperature and weak light on the growth and development of pumpkin rootstock seedlings

Abstract
To study the response of pumpkin rootstock seedlings to low temperature and weak light,different pumpkin rootstock varieties were subjected to low temperature and weak light treatment during the seedling stage.The results showed that the effects of low temperature and weak light on the fresh weight of the above ground parts of pumpkin seedlings,the actual photochemical efficiency Y(Ⅱ)of PS Ⅱ,the rate of photosynthetic electron transfer(ETR),the maximum photochemical efficiency Fv/Fm of PS Ⅱ,the potential photochemical efficiency Fv/Fo of PS Ⅱ,and the quantum yield Y(NPQ)of PS Ⅱ regulatory energy dissipation were generally suppressed,and the light damage index Y(NO)increased.The impact of cotyledons was greater than that of true leaves.The color of cotyledons became lighter,while the color of true leaves became darker.Low temperature and weak light had a greater effect on the color of cotyledons than on the true leaves.Among them,'Sizhuang 9'was the least affected,while'Quannengtiejia'was the most affected.The color of the leaves was grouped together with the relative chlorophyll content,Y(NO),and the fresh weight of the above-ground part,while the photosynthetic parameters of the cotyledons were grouped together with the thickness and length of the hypocotyl.Therefore,leaf color changes could be used as an indicator for the identification of low temperature and low light tolerance in pumpkin,and hypocotyl growth could be an indirect indicator of the photosynthetic efficiency of cotyledons.关键词
