不同砧木对翠冠梨生长和果实品质的影响
Effects of different rootstocks on the growth and fruit quality of Cuiguan pear

Abstract
The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to study the effects of bean-pear and moldy-pear rootstocks on the growth and fruit quality of Cuiguan pear.The results showed that the height of Cuiguan pear tree with wild 3 and j2-29 rootstocks was higher,and the diameter of scion cross-section was larger.The Cuiguan pear grafted on the bean 5 rootstock had the highest germination rate and the greatest new shoot diameter.The phenological period of Cuiguan pear grafted on the wild 3 and j2-29 rootstocks was earlier.The number of flower buds of Cuiguan pear grafted on the wild 3 and j2-29 rootstocks was small,and their proportion of short branches was high,and the difference in fruit size and yield between them was not significant.The Cuiguan pear grafted on wild 3 rootstock had the highest soluble solid content(13.03%),and its sucrose content in juice was the highest(40.74 g/L),which was nearly twice that of other rootstocks.The content of glucose,fructose,and sorbitol in juice was also the highest for Cuiguan pear grafted on wild 3 rootstock,and its total acid content in juice was the highest(2.69 g/L)as well,and the sugar-acid ratio was large.Cuiguan pear grafted on j2-29 rootstock had a higher sugar content in juice and the lowest percentage(60.00%)of trunk ring rot.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of 12 indicators of growth and fruit quality of Cuiguan pear showed that the ranking order of evaluation value was wild 3 rootstock>j2-29 rootstock>bean 5 rootstock>j1-27 rootstock.In summary,the wild 3 rootstock was superior to other rootstocks,and the quality of Cuiguan pear was good,which was the best grafting rootstock for Cuiguan,followed by j2-29 rootstock.关键词
