上海市崇明区新村乡稻田稗属杂草抗药性初探
Preliminary study on resistance of Echinochloa spp.weed to herbicides in paddy fields of Xincun Township in Chongming District,Shanghai

Abstract
A whole-plant bioassay method was employed to determine the sensitivity of different Echinochloa spp.weed populations to commonly used herbicides in paddy fields of Xincun Township in Chongming District,Shanghai.The results showed that under the recommended field dose of 30 g a.i./hm2 of the post-emergence herbicide penoxsulam,all 9 Echinochloa spp.weed populations were marked as resistant;at the recommended field dose of 150 g a.i./hm2 of the post-emergence herbicide metamifop,8 Echinochloa spp.weed populations were marked as resistant,and one was a population with developing resistance;at the recommended field dose of 150 g a.i./hm2 of the post-emergence herbicide cyhalofop-butyl,all 9 Echinochloa spp.weed populations were marked as resistant;at the recommended field dose of 36 g a.i./hm2 of the post-emergence herbicide florpyrauxifen-benzyl,all 9 Echinochloa spp.weed populations were marked as developing resistant;at the recommended field dose of 450 g a.i./hm2 of the pre-emergence herbicide pretilachlor,2 Echinochloa spp.weed populations were marked as developing resistant,while 7 populations were sensitive.The study indicated that the resistance of Echinochloa spp.weeds to herbicide penoxsulam,metamifop,and cyhalofop-butyl was quite severe in the paddy fields of Xincun Township,and their resistance to herbicide florpyrauxifen-benzyl had also emerged to some extent,while they were relatively sensitive to herbicide pretilachlor.Therefore,it is recommended to prioritize the use of pretilachlor for the control of Echinochloa spp.weeds in paddy fields in Xincun Township.关键词
