基于数据挖掘分析甘草治疗咳嗽的组方规律
Prescription regularity of Gancao in treating cough based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the prescription regularity of Chinese patent medicines and discovery of new formu-las containing Gancao for the treatment of cough in the Pharmaceutical Standard of the Ministry of Health of the People's Re-public of Chinese Patent Medicines(hereinafter referred to as Chinese Patent Medicines)by using association rules and en-tropy clustering algorithms.Methods:The compound preparations containing Gancao and Gancao extract in treating cough in Chinese Patent Medicines were collected,and the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform V2.5 was used to analyze the frequency statistics and prescription regularity of medication,nature,taste,channel tropism and indica-tions.Results:A total of 197 compound preparations containing Gancao and Gancao extract were used for the treatment of cough.The herbs were mainly cold,warm and mild,and mainly entered the lung meridian,stomach meridian and spleen meridian.The high-frequency syndromes were phlegm-turbidity accumulated in the lung,phlegm-heat accumulated in the lung,and wind-cold affecting the lung.High-frequency drug combinations were Gancao-Kuxingren,Gancao-Jiegeng,and Gancao-Chenpi.8 new formulas were generated for the treatment of cough.Conclusion:Gancao is a good remedy for cough.In clinical practice,Gancao is widely used in the treatment of cough and related diseases,mainly based on San'ao Decoction and Maxing Shigan Decoction.The prescription preparations containing Gancao for the treatment of cough are most commonly used to treat the syndromes of phlegm-turbidity accumulated in the lung,phlegm-heat accumulated in the lung and wind-cold affecting the lung.This study objectively presents the prescription regularity of compound preparations containing Gancao for the treatment of cough through data analysis,which provides a reference for the clinical application and research of Gancao.关键词
