基于Apriori算法和聚类分析探讨李灿东教授治疗女性乳腺癌的核心组方
Exploration of Professor Li Candong's core prescription for treating female breast cancer based on Apriori algorithm and cluster analysis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the prescription rules of Professor Li Candong's treatment of female breast cancer by applying Apriori algorithm and cluster analysis,summarize and inherit the experience of medication,and provide a basis for clinical treatment.Methods:The medical records and prescriptions of female breast cancer treated by Prof.Li Candong from January 2021 to September 2022 were collected and sorted out.Excel software was used for information extraction,and Apriori algorithm and cluster analysis were used for data processing.Results:A total of 140 valid prescriptions and 1638 drug records were collected,covering 113 Chinese herbs.In clinical medication by Prof.Li,the properties of medicine were mainly warm and mild,and the tastes of medicine were mainly bitter and pungent.There were 30 high-frequency drugs(fre-quency≥10 times),and the top 5 were Banxia,Chaihu,Chenpi,Fuling and Baishao.The analysis of high-frequency drug association rules yielded 19 associations,among which Chenpi-Banxia and Chaihu-Chenpi-Banxia were the two-and three-term associated drugs with the highest support.High-frequency drug cluster analysis yielded the core prescription of Prof.Li:Banxia,Gancao,Chenpi,Chaihu,Fuling,Huangqi,Baishao and Huangqin.Conclusion:Prof.Li Candong of-ten treats female breast cancer by soothing the liver and invigorating the spleen,promoting the flow of Qi and resolving phlegm.He uses mild drugs and avoids excessive aggressive treatments.At the same time,he emphasizes adhereing to the holistic concept,achieving coordination between the liver and spleen,and addressing both Qi and blood.He flexibly ap-plies the core prescription and modifies the formula based on the characteristics of different patients,aiming to improve the efficacy.关键词
