基于"阳化气,阴成形"探析"通阳理筋"法治疗颈性眩晕
Applications of Tongyang Lijin method on cervical vertigo based on the theory of"Yang transforming Qi and Yin taking shape"

Abstract
Cervical vertigo(CV)is a common disease in today's society,which is more common in middle-aged and el-derly people.Most patients have a history of chronic neck pain before the onset of CV.Dizziness often occurs briefly and is fre-quently triggered when the patient's cervical vertebrae move,such as after suddenly turning the head,lowering or raising it,or after working at a desk for a long time.It may be accompanied by symptoms such as headache and pain in the head and neck,blurred vision,fatigue,tinnitus,nausea and vomiting.Repeated vertigo and prolonged course of disease endanger patients'daily life and physical and mental health.The theory of"Yang transforming Qi and Yin taking shape"originates from the Nei Jing.Combined with clinical practice,CV is mostly related to poor Yang transforming Qi,and excessive Yin taking shape.Yang deficiency and tendon paralysis is the root cause,and intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis is the manifestation.The treatment should be based on the root cause.Therefore,the basic treatment principle is to"promote the circulation of Yang"and"regulate the tendons".This paper summarizes the"Tongyang Lijin"triple-united method,which consists of moving cup-ping with Yang-promoting medicines—acupuncture—acupoint catgut embedding.The moving cupping with Yang-promoting medicines combined with filiform needle acupuncture can comprehensively treat CV from multi-links and multi-targets,and enhance the effect of acupuncture with acupoint catgut embedding.The aim is to access Yang Qi,so that Yang Qi can be as-sisted,Yin pathogenic factors can be eliminated,Yin and Yang can be harmonized,tendons and pulses can be adjusted,phlegm and blood stasis can be dissolved,and the disease can be solved.Based on the principle of"Yang transforming Qi,Yin taking shap",this paper explores the pathogenesis of CV,and uses the method of"Tongyang Lijin"to treat CV,so as to pro-vide specific plans and ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment of CV.关键词
