中药治疗青年高血压病疗效Meta分析
Meta-analysis of the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine on hypertension in young people

Abstract
Objective:To comprehensively assess the clinical effect of Chinese medicine on hypertension in young people.Methods:China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,china science and technology journal database(VIP),PubMed,the Cochrane Library and EMbase were systematically searched for randomized con-trolled trial literature on Chinese medicine in the treatment of hypertension in young people published up to September 1,2023.The quality of the selected literature was critically assessed according to the Cochrane Handbook.ReviewManager 5.3 software was used as a tool to conduct comprehensive statistical processing of the collected data set.Results:A total of 1124 participants were included in the 10 included articles,with 564 in the experimental group and 560 in the control group.The study showed that compared with the control group using Chinese medicine or western medicine alone,the experimental group using Chinese medicine alone or in combination with western medicine improved the treatment effect(OR=2.27,95%CI[1.56,3.29],P<0.0001),reduced systolic blood pressure(MD=-6.13,95%CI[-8.95,-3.31],P<0.000 01)and diastolic blood pressure(MD=-5.79,95%CI[-8.16,-3.43],P<0.000 01),and had a significant advantage in improving TCM syndrome scores(OR=-2.09,95%CI[-2.54,-1.64],P<0.000 01).Conclusion:Treatment with Chinese medicine has a positive effect on young hypertensive patients in terms of improving treatment effect,reducing systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure,and improving TCM syndrome scores.关键词
