从太医院视角探讨宋、明两代推拿学科地位嬗变中的误读与疑点
Discussion on the misunderstanding and doubt in the status evolution of Tuina discipline in Song and Ming dynasties from the perspective of the Imperial Hospital

Abstract
Taking the fifth version of textbook of Tuina as reference,this paper compares 7 versions of the textbook of Tuina in 4 periods of the"the 11th Five-Year Plan","the 12th Five-Year Plan,"the 13th Five-Year Plan and"the 14th Five-Year Plan".The paper sorts and analyzes historical documents from the perspective of the Imperial Hospital,and ex-pounds the doubts about the status of Tuina discipline in the state-compiled textbooks of the Song and Ming dynasties.That is,manipulative medicine does not"disappear"or"fall into the trough"in the Song and Ming dynasties,but it is sustained and refined in the process of discipline evolution.In addition,on the basis of the existing literature,the paper makes a rea-sonable speculation on the real evolution of the status of Tuina discipline from Sui and Tang to Ming and Qing dynasties and draws a demonstration diagram.By summarizing the expressions of the evolution of Tuina discipline in the Song and Ming dynasties in the seven versions of textbook of Tuina in the past 20 years,it is found that although the fifth version of textbook of Tuina lacks in the richness of historical materials,it is more accurate and concise in the expressions of semantics and context than the later versions.From the perspective of compilation style and framework,the fifth version of textbook of Tuina has laid the foundation for the compilation of Tuina textbooks in the past 20 years,and is undoubtedly a classic work.However,the reasons for the disputes between different versions of textbooks may be due to the researchers' deducing pro-cess from historical results and the lack of careful reference.关键词
