基于频域分析观察电针对慢性心肌缺血大鼠心率变异性的影响
Observation of the effect of electroacupuncture on heart rate variability in rats with chronic myocardial ischemia based on frequency domain analysis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at PC6 on heart rate variability(HRV)in rats with chronic myocardial ischemia based on frequency domain analysis.Methods:18 SD rats were randomly divided into control group with 6 rats and model group with 12 rats.Rats in the model group received subcutaneous injection of isoproterenol at a dose of 5 mg/(kg·d)at multiple points for 7 consecutive days.Then the rat model of chronic myocardial ischemia was pre-pared.After successful modeling,the rats were randomly divided into a model group and an electroacupuncture group,with 6 rats in each group.The rats in the control group and the model group were fed routinely and grasped equally without inter-vention.Rats in electroacupuncture group were given electroacupuncture at PC6 once a day for 21 consecutive days.Eight-channel physiological recorder was used to collect and analyze the changes of electrocardiogram and HRV in the three groups before modeling,after modeling and after intervention.HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of myocardial tissue.The content of Malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum was detected by thiobarbituric acid colorimetry.The content of serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)was detected by xanthine oxidase method.Results:After modeling,the ST-segment height,low frequency(LF)and LF/high frequency(HF)of rats in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),and HF was significantly decreased(P<0.01).After intervention,the ST-segment height,LF and LF/HF of rats in the model group were still significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01),and HF was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The ST-segment height,LF and LF/HF of rats in the electroacupuncture group were significantly lower than those in the model group(P<0.05,P<0.01),and HF was higher than that in the model group(P<0.01).In the electroacupuncture group,the fibrous space of myocardial cells of rats was slightly widened,a few myocardial fibers were broken,and a small amount of inflammatory cell infiltration and fibrosis were observed,which were significantly improved compared with those of the model group.Compared with the control group,the content of MDA in serum of rats of the model group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the content of SOD was decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the model group,the content of MDA in serum of rats was decreased(P<0.01),and the content of SOD was increased in the electroacupuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture at PC6 can protect myocardium by regulating cardiac autonomic nerve activity and alleviating oxidative stress response in rats with chronic myocardial ischemia.关键词
