冷却方式对304不锈钢显微组织和性能的影响
Effects of cooling condition on the orientation and grain size of stainless steel

Abstract
304 stainless steel was kept at 1 050 ℃ for 30 min and then cooled by water cooling,oil cooling,air cooling and furnace cooling,respectively.Electron back-scattered diffraction(EBSD)was utilized to analyze the grain orientation,grain size and twins of the samples.The results show that for the samples cooled after high-temperature heat treatment,their grain sizes are coarser than that of the original sample.There are mainly high-angle grain boundaries without obvious preferred grain orientation.The grain size increases with the decrease of cooling rate,which increases from 39.12 µm for water cooling to 45.74 µm for furnace cooling.As the cooling rate decreases,the number of twins also decreases,which decreases from 52.0%for water cooling to 45.9%for furnace cooling.Additionally,with decrease of the cooling rate,the Rockwell hardness of the samples decreases.The Rockwell hardness of the water-cooled samples can reach 23.1 HRC,which is approximately 11.0%higher than that of the original sample.关键词
