耐热盐腐蚀单晶高温合金的组织稳定性研究
Study on the microstructure stability of a heat-salt-corrosion resistant single crystal superalloy

Abstract
A heat-salt-corrosion resistant single crystal superalloy was prepared in a single crystal furnace by spiral crystal selection method.After complete heat treatment,the experimental alloy was aged at 980 ℃ for 1 000 h.The experimental alloy was taken out for every 200 h to analyze the microstructures and test the high-temperature tensile properties of the experimental alloy at 980 ℃.The effect of aging time on the microstructures and tensile properties of the experimental alloy was studied.The research results show that a good regular cubic precipitation strengthening γ′ phase structure is obtained in the developed heat-salt-corrosion resistant single crystal superalloy after complete heat treatment.With the extension of aging time,the γ-matrix channel width of the experimental alloy increases and the size of the γ'phase increases.After 1 000 h of aging,the γ'phase remained cubic and topologically close-packed(TCP)phase was hardly observed,indicating an excellent structural stability of the single crystal superalloy.The tensile strength and yield strength of the experimental alloy decrease with increasing aging time,while the elongation and cross-sectional shrinkage of the experimental alloy increase with increasing aging time.关键词
