Observation on the efficacy of acupoint application combined with Budesonide inhalation powder aerosol in the treatment of pediatric chronic persistent bronchial asthma and its effect on blood gas indexes and cellular immunity

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint application combined with Budesonide inhalation powder aerosol in the treatment of pediatric chronic persistent bronchial asthma and its effects on blood gas indexes,cellular immunity and blood myeloid dendritic cells(mDCs)and pentraxin 3(PTX3)levels.Method Eighty patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the control group and the combination group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Budesonide inhalation powder aerosol,while the combination group was treated with Chinese herbal medicine acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the Chinese medicine pattern points,carbon dioxide partial pressure,oxygen partial pressure,peak expiratory flow(PEF)fluctuation rate,forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),blood PTX3,eosinophil(EOS),mDCs levels and T helper cell(Th)1/Th2 ratio were compared before and after the treatment.Result The total effective rate of the combination group was 97.5%,which was higher than that of the control group,which was 80.0%(P＜0.05).After treatment,the Chinese medicine pattern scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the Chinese medicine pattern scores of the combination group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the partial pressure of oxygen of both groups increased compared to that before treatment(P＜0.05),and the partial pressure of oxygen of the combination group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05);the partial pressure of carbon dioxide of both groups decreased compared to that before treatment(P＜0.05),and the partial pressure of carbon dioxide of the combination group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the diurnal fluctuation rate of PEF in both groups was lower than that before treatment(P＜0.05),and the diurnal fluctuation rate of PEF in the combination group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05);the FEV1 of both groups increased compared to that before treatment(P＜0.05),and the FEV1 of the combination group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of PTX3,EOS,mDCs levels and Th1/Th2 of both groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the levels of PTX3,EOS,mDCs levels and Th1/Th2 of the combination group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint application and Budesonide inhalation powder aerosol in the treatment of chronic persistent bronchial asthma can reduce the levels of blood mDCs and PTX3,inhibit inflammation,improve the blood gas index and cellular immunity,alleviate the disease condition,and improve the clinical efficacy.关键词
