电针联合中药治疗湿热壅滞型脓毒症胃肠功能障碍的疗效观察及对血清Cit、IFABP和DAO的影响
Observation on the efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicines in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction in sepsis with damp heat accumulation pattern and its effect on serum Cit,IFABP and DAO

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with Da Cheng Qi Tang in treating acute gastrointestinal injury(AGI)patients with sepsis of damp heat accumulation pattern,and to observe its effect on the patients'inflammation level and serum citrulline(Cit),intestinal fatty acid binding protein(IFAB),and diamine oxidase(DAO).Method Sixty-four patients with sepsis AGI of damp heat accumulation pattern were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 32 patients in each group.The control group was given Da Cheng Qi Tang on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,while the treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ(APACHE Ⅱ),sequential organ failure assessment(SOFA),Chinese medicine pattern score,inflammation indexes[neutrophils percentage(NEUT%),white blood cell(WBC)and procalcitonin(PCT)],bowel sounds,intra-abdominal pressure,and intestinal barrier function indexes(Cit,IFABP,DAO).Result The total effective rate of the treatment group was 81.3%,which was higher than that of the control group(53.1%)(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the APACHE Ⅱ score,SOFA score and Chinese medicine pattern score of both groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and that of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,serum NEUT%,WBC count and PCT level were significantly lower in both groups(P＜0.05),and those of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the number of bowel sounds increased in both groups(P＜0.05),and the intra-abdominal pressure decreased(P＜0.05),and those of the treatment group was better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum Cit level of both groups increased(P＜0.05),the serum I-FABP and DAO levels decreased(P＜0.05),and those of the treatment group was better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,electroacupuncture combined with Da Cheng Qi Tang can improve the gastrointestinal symptoms of sepsis AGI of damp heat accumulation pattern,reduce intestinal permeability,improve clinical efficacy;meanwhile,it can inhibit inflammatory reaction,effectively reduce the level of serum IFABP and DAO,and increase the level of serum Cit.关键词
