多功能套针浮刺治疗颈性眩晕的疗效观察
Therapeutic efficacy observation of multifunctional trocar floating needling in the treatment of cervical vertigo

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of multifunctional trocar floating needling for the treatment of cervical vertigo based on the sinews theory.Method One hundred and eighty patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into the trocar floating needling group and the conventional acupuncture group using the random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The trocar floating needling group used multifunctional trocar floating needling treatment,while the conventional acupuncture group used conventional acupuncture treatment.The evaluation scale for cervical vertigo(ESCV),dizziness handicap inventory(DHI),vertigo symptom scale(VSS)scores,and bilateral vertebral artery blood flow velocity measured by Doppler ultrasound were observed before and after treatment in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Result The total effective rate and markedly effective rate were 96.7%and 81.1%in the trocar floating needling group and 88.9%and 62.2%in the conventional acupuncture group,respectively,and those of the trocar floating needling group were better than those of the conventional acupuncture group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the ESCV scores of the two groups increased compared to those before treatment(P＜0.05),and those of the trocar floating needling group were higher than those of the conventional acupuncture group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the DHI scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and those of the trocar floating needling group were lower than those of the conventional acupuncture group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the VSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and those of the trocar floating needling group were lower than those of the conventional acupuncture group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the bilateral vertebral artery blood flow velocity of the two groups was faster than that before treatment(P＜0.05),and that of the trocar floating needling group was faster than that of the conventional acupuncture group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Multifunctional trocar floating needling can reduce the symptoms of vertigo and the degree of vertigo,and improve the blood flow rate of vertebral artery,and the clinical efficacy of multifunctional trocar floating needling is better.关键词
