腕踝针联合手指点穴对产后乳房胀痛和母乳喂养结局的影响
Effects of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with point-pressing manipulations on postpartum breast distending pain and breastfeeding outcomes

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of wrist-ankle acupuncture plus point-pressing manipulations on postpartum breast distending pain and breastfeeding outcomes.Method Sixty patients with postpartum breast distending pain were randomly allocated to a control group and an observation group,with 30 participants in each group.Both groups received daily care,manual dredging,and point-pressing manipulations,and the observation group additionally received wrist-ankle acupuncture.Before and after the intervention,the two groups were observed for the breast pain visual analog scale(VAS)score,breast distending pain score,breast hardness score,and general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)score as well as the serum prolactin and β-endorphin levels.The breastfeeding rate was also compared between the two groups.Result The VAS score was lower in the observation group than in the control group at each post-treatment time point(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the breast distending score was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05),as well as the breast hardness score(P＜0.05).The GCQ score increased after the treatment in both groups(P＜0.05)and was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).Neither group showed significant changes in the serum prolactin and β-endorphin levels after the treatment(P＞0.05),and the between-group differences were statistically insignificant(P＞0.05).The observation group had an exclusive breastfeeding rate of 30.0%(9/30)versus 16.7%(5/30)in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion When combined with daily care and manual dredging,wrist-ankle acupuncturen plus point-pressing manipulations can alleviate breast pain,improve the clinical efficacy,and enhance comfort and exclusive breastfeeding rate.关键词
