不同捻转频率针刺照海穴治疗肝肾阴虚型干眼症的临床观察
Clinical observation of acupuncture at Zhaohai(KI6)with different twirling frequencies for dry eye syndromes due to liver-kidney Yin deficiency

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Zhaohai(KI6)with different twirling frequencies for dry eye syndromes(DES)and the effects on the eye symptom score,ocular surface disease index(OSDI),Schirmer I test(SIT),and tear break-up time(BUT).Method Forty-two patients with DES due to liver-kidney Yin deficiency were randomly allocated to group A and group B,with 21 participants in each group.For group A,the needles at Zhaohai were manipulated 120 times/min during needle retaining,and it was 60 times/min in group B.The eye symptom score and OSDI were observed before the treatment,after 1 course and 2 courses of treatment,and after the treatment.The wetted length in SIT and BUT were measured before and after the treatment.Result After 1 course of treatment,the eye symptom score and OSDI score dropped compared to the baseline in both groups(P＜0.05),and the scores were lower after 2 courses of treatment compared to those after 1 course of treatment(P＜0.05).After 1 course and 2 courses of treatment and after the intervention,the eye symptom score and OSDI score were lower in group A than in group B,showing statistical significance(P＜0.05).The wetted length in SIT increased after the intervention in both groups(P＜0.05)and was higher in group A than in group B(P＜0.05).The BUT extended after the intervention in both groups(P＜0.05)and was longer in group A than in group B(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture can notably improve eye symptoms,enhance the quality of life,increase tear secretion,and extend BUT in treating patients with DES due to liver-kidney Yin deficiency.Further,a needling manipulation frequency of 120 times/min at Zhaohai can produce more significant efficacy than 60 times/min.关键词
