针刺联合运动灸法治疗肝胆湿热型耳鸣的疗效观察
Therapeutic observation of acupuncture plus moving moxibustion for tinnitus due to damp heat in the liver and gallbladder

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus moving moxibustion in treating tinnitus due to damp heat in the liver and gallbladder.Method Sixty patients with tinnitus due to damp heat in the liver and gallbladder were recruited and randomized into a control group and an observation group,with 30 participants in each group.The control group received acupuncture treatment,and the observation group additionally received moving moxibustion.The two groups were observed before and after the treatment for changes in the tinnitus evaluation questionnaire(TEQ),tinnitus handicap inventory(THI),and visual analog scale(VAS)scores.The clinical efficacy was also compared.Result The TEQ score dropped after the treatment in both groups(P＜0.05)and was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the THI score decreased in both groups(P＜0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After the intervention,the VAS score dropped in both groups compared to the baseline(P＜0.05)and was lower in the observation group than in the control group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate was 93.3%in the observation group and was 73.3%in the control group;the observation group had a higher total effective rate than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture plus moving moxibustion can effectively treat tinnitus due to damp heat in the liver and gallbladder,reducing tinnitus symptoms.关键词
